Curiosity

In regards to the media I am always left wondering what do people really want to see on television?
I know most people have watched shows like Dr.90210, Extreme Makeover and Plastic Surgery Before and After but is that what people want?

Many people post online about what they watch as there are many gossip sites where people can find the most up to date info online daily. I'd like to know what you want, so let me know!
